This “self-help” book ignores trends and pop psychology – I use the book and the materials in it to train and coach my students. The tools and methods have been effective especially used throughout their education. I tell them that this book is an “investment” for life and the more they come back to the tools consistently, the better they become at reflecting and changing habits that will help them to be more effective, progressive and happier. I’ve seen it work in many of the people I coach.
